Loss
Myron was lost on September 17, 1946 when his torpedo plane collided with another over the Mediterranean Sea. A radioman — it’s not clear which plane he was aboard — was also lost. The aircraft were flying from USS Franklin D. Roosevelt (CV 42). He was survived by his parents.

Myron graduated from Los Angeles High School in 1937. Succeeds on the lightweight football team. Striving to become a doctor of medicine. Outstanding as a chemistry student.
He attended UCLA for two years and was a member of Phi Beta Delta, Naval R.O.T.C., and frosh crew.
He has a memory marker in Tunis, Tunisia.
